My order tracking just sat there for days and never really changed. i kept checking, but there was no clear update from them at all, which was frustrating

I bought these sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, but I’ve been using them enough to say they’re nice. The brushes feel soft and are easy to work with. One of them did shed a little at first, which was kind of annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall I’m still happy with them.

I was disappointed with how the finished artwork turned out. Some of the details just felt off, and it didn’t really match what I had pictured, especially considering the price. I also had to chase them for updates, which made the whole experience more frustrating. Overall, I expected better and I’m not really happy with the result.

It felt way too pricey for what you actually get. After I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure about the whole thing, like maybe I shouldn’t have trusted it so quickly. Just didn’t feel worth it to me

I placed my order and then basically just sat around waiting forever. The tracking barely updated, and it showed up much later than I thought it would. The product/idea itself is nice, but the super slow shipping kind of ruined the whole experience for me.

The second I saw it, I got the impression it was going to come across as cheap. Maybe I’m reading too much into the look and overall vibe, but it just didn’t feel giftable at all

I don’t remember every single back-and-forth, but I definitely remember how frustrating the refund process was with gallerypanda.com. It felt like everything took longer than it should have, and replies were slow enough that I started wondering if anyone was actually looking into it. Maybe there were a couple of normal responses in there, but what sticks with me is mostly the waiting and feeling ignored. I wouldn’t use them again after that.

I got lost quickly trying to use this. For something that seems aimed at regular people, it really doesn’t feel beginner friendly. they should do a better job making it clear and accessible instead of leaving new users to figure everything out on their own...

I was just trying to browse around and maybe place an order, but the website felt clunky to me, haha. Some pages loaded slowly, and a few of the buttons weren’t super clear, so I kept clicking around and going back and forth just to find basic info. The design looks fine overall, but actually using it was more annoying than it needed to be. Not the worst site ever, but it definitely could use some work.

The canvas looked okay at first, but it felt a bit cheaper than I was expecting. It still works, but I was hoping for a slightly sturdier feel.

The listing made it look warm and bright, but the one I got was dull and had this weird greenish tint. It doesn’t match my room at all, which is frustrating.
